UK Cooking Competition for Gluten-Free Chefs

Calling all gluten-free chefs in the UK!  The national charity Ceoliac UK is sponsoring the Gluten-Free Chef of the Year Competition!!

The competition, to design a three course gluten-free meal will be held October 7 and judged by celebrity chef Phil Vickery.  The competition will have categories for people who cook professionally and one for "chefs in training."
