EU Strengthens Food Labeling Laws

The European Commission regulation requiring that any product labelled as "gluten-free" must be under 20 mg/kg came into full force yesterday.

This is great news as Europe continues to make progress for their gluten-free community, making life a little bit easier.  Let's continue to push the US, which has the same proposal on the books to get it passed so reading labels can be that much easier and safer!
