I went to my local organic grocery store last night in search of pizza. As I'm gluten free, I knew I should find some options there. As it turns out, my option was Bella Monica. I was a bit unnerved by the $12 price tag for a small frozen pizza but was really craving some pizza. What a huge disappointment. It tasted like cardboard and salt. Please, please, please go back to the drawing board on your crust. There are excellent flour mixes available (have to blend a few to get the correct consistency).
