Check out this article which features different opinions on catering to food allergies or "fussy eaters." We can all agree that there is a huge difference between eating gluten-free because you have celiac and eating gluten-free "just because."
However people who don't have food allergies can often find themselves frustrated by friends who say they have to eat gluten-free and then they see them eating a sandwich. Some people are likening the diet to "an acceptable form of an eating disorder."
People who call eating gluten-free a "fad" or who do it because it's the in thing can actually cause setbacks for those who truly need to eat gluten-free for their health. What do you think?
