Today we're featuring a recipe for gluten-free cupcakes with an all-American twist. The topping is a beautiful strawberry dipped in white chocolate and blue sugar to make a red, white, and blue finish! Strawberries can also be made without the cupcakes if you are looking for a lighter option.
