I have tried almost ALL of the GF pizzas available. However, out of desperation (because none of the frozen GF pizzas are at all enjoyable), I bought your mushroom and herb flatbread a week ago. And I wanted to express to you just how absolutely delicious it was! Not only were the ingredients fresh and well-balanced--with a clean simplicity--but the crust was wonderful. Hello! I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how fabulous your gluten free pizza tastes!! I was diagnosed with celiac only a few years ago (39 yrs old now) and I have to say it was quite an adjustment and could never find a pizza that tasted like the wheat version. I just purchased the spinach and tomato which is my new favorite. God I love Whole Foods for carrying your line!
